Petri Tuhkanen
PETRI TUHKANEN is a lighting and set designer based in Helsinki, Finland. He has a wide range of work experience in theater, television, film and other entertainment industries. Currently his design work is focused predominantly on the performing arts in theater and contemporary dance. In addition to his performance arts design work, Tuhkanen has also been working in the field of light art, his work has been displayed at LUX-Helsinki festival in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Tuhkanen is also the artistic co-director of the theater group ‘Studio Total‘ with his spouse Anna Lipponen. Tuhkanen is known for his strong visual style and has been nominated for the ‘Best lighting design in Finland’ in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
