NEXT STEPS
NEXT STEPS is a virtual presentation of Finnish dancers living and working abroad. Ten short improvisation-based dance videos filmed in various locations around the world. Ten videos without music or editing - just movement.
The aim of the project is to promote Finnish dancers living and working abroad as well as pay tribute to dance itself. And also spread a bit of joy.
All ten videos are launched on The Finnish Cultural Institute in Denmark’s Vimeo channel on International Dance Day, 29 April, 2020.
Next Steps is curated by Copenhagen-based, Finnish dancer and choreographer Taneli Törmä. Idea and execution by The Finnish Cultural Institute in Denmark.
